Great location in a peaceful area near a supermarket and retail park, also close to the city center with a variety of breakfast choices including delicious coffee, tea, butter, and jam.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a nice quiet area, really close to Birmingham city center, the town centre and handy for staying at afterwards. The location was comfortable and ideal and the room was spotless.

The staff was accommodating and the location was magnificent - altogether a comfortable experience. Also, it was just 1 km to Air Nightclub.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay with friendly and caring staff in a great suburban location with a lively English bar.

It was excellent value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal for a short stay.
You could not have the windows open as the traffic noise was pretty bad. However the hotel is on a busy road into the city so that is expected.

The shower lacked hot water, we had to have a freezing cold shower!

The pool was good and I had warm drinks in the main bar. Enjoyable breakfasts with jam. the staff were all in all pleasant. Unbeatable central location near to airport and city center.

The room was nice and you got a lot for your money 2 rooms and ensuite.
The staff made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The entrance card did not work so I had to go through the bar instead of a side entrance.. There was a party all night so we were unable to sleep till 5 in the morning. I tried to cancel as my words to you were I feel like I have walked into the wrong part of town and am very uncomfortable. Booked.net did not do anything to put me at ease and to top it all off when I went to have a shower in the morning the shower screen smashed causing cuts to my hand and leg. So overall an awful experience. I will be sending a formal complaint shortly.

Family room above a loud busy bar. Staff not able to help or know how to help.

The central location close to a pub and Birmingham city center, with main attractions just 4 km away, was fantastic, and the English bar served great soft drinks.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
